Charles, the man behind Charles Whiteside Paintworks, moved to the Netherlands 20 years ago from Ireland. He has worked in many Western European countries during this time, but mostly in the Netherlands and Germany. His years of paint experience make him a reliable contractor for your project. Being a native English speaker makes him the ideal partner for expats.
